The weather is certainly feeling and looking like today's date, the first of October. Summer is gone, autumn and October baseball are here. There is nothing as special as an early October afternoon baseball game.
Last Friday Paul Newman passed away and as expected there were hundreds of tributes. Many of them were good but as usual David Letterman rose to the occasion and provided one of the better ones. The clip is below, the last movie I remember watching Newman in was the Road To Perdition with Tom Hanks, it is a good movie, if you haven't seen it.

All I think about is sleep, all I need is sleep and all I try to do is sleep. I suppose I still haven't adjusted to working midnights again. Even writing a blog entry seems like it would be time better used sleeping.
